Again, we will rewrite and celebrate those items we have recorded so far. Remember that repetition involving multiple senses (like saying it, writing it and feeling it) changes our memory and thought patterns. By now, we should be operating more and more as our Higher Self and experiencing higher levels of self-regard and self-esteem. This week we will focus on the gifts of the soul. We find the space within, let it expand, and then record an item of gratitude that comes from our soul. For example, I may wish to celebrate the feelings of peace and abundance that I have as I walk through the forest or along the sea shore near my home.

I suggest the following:

• On day one, copy the previous list from last week. Read it out loud while you write. As you write it be conscious of the voices of your body, mind and heart and let your Higher Self create a feeling of appreciation and gratitude.
• Each day this week, read the list slowly and with feeling, truly appreciating your gifts and talents. Perhaps music in the background and a sweet aroma. Make it a joyful celebration.
• Then add another gift from the soul.
