This week we will choose another goal from our list that we can develop. As we do this goal, we will then approach it as something to add to an already blessed life. For example, I have a difficult time accepting that I am a great poet and that people would be interested in reading my poems. My goal would be to accept and cherish my creative abilities and take one step to having my works published or shared with others.

I suggest the following:

• On day one, choose a goal and ask your Higher Self for clarification. Be sure to include some target that can be achieved in one week.
• Each day, ask your Higher Self to reveal a strategy for the day and record it.
• Each morning, evaluate the effectiveness of the strategy and then set a new strategy for the day.
• At the end of the week, summarize your progress towards the goal and check to see if there has been a paradigm shift in the way you accept the wisdom and power of your Higher Self.
