Today we are going to continue to develop strategies to stay grounded in these wonderful bodies so we can enjoy all the positive sensations that are all around us. These activities are from my program titled A Path to Self-Actualization – The Grounding Virtues that is available on Amazon and will soon be available in Courtenay-Comox bookstores.

Activity 2 – Self –Awareness, My Beautiful Self

This week we will continue to be aware that we are beautiful people. We will copy the previous list from Beliefs, Activity 2, and try to be fully aware of the wonder and scope of these gifts from our body. Writing it down again while saying and feeling it leaves a more powerful imprint in our brain patterns. This week’s exercise will help us be aware of the gifts and talents that we have developed through the power of our mind.

I suggest the following:

• Copy all the items you recorded during week one.
• Say each one as you write it down and be aware of the feeling that goes with it.
• Each day, read the list slowly and with feeling.
• Then add one more thing that you have noticed about the power of your mind that you may not have been aware of in the past and keep this as a focal point for the day.
