Seeing as our body is an essential part of who we are, we need to take this time to accept our body just the way it is, while being conscious of its weaknesses and taking measures to helping it become the best it can be. Each day, we will take a few minutes to accept, admire, and embrace our body, concentrating on all the good things about it. After that, we will listen to the needs of the body simply by asking the body to speak to us through our mind and our Higher Self. We then expect miracles and we celebrate the changes. But regardless of the concerns, we continue to admire and accept our body just the way it is each morning and try to hold that feeling for the rest of the day. If our bodies are in perfect shape and in complete harmony with the life forces of the universe, we can choose one part of our body to celebrate throughout the day. Remember the cake and candles.
I suggest the following:
• Each day, ask your body to reveal one area of concern about its general state of well-being.
• Accept and be thankful for this area of your body, just as it is.
• Then under the influence of your Higher Self, visualize the flow of your life energy and the universal life energy, into this part of your body.
• Spend a few minutes visualizing the changes noting what it feels like to have these changes.
• Take a minute or two throughout the day to recreate that feeling from your memory.
• Each day this week, spend a few minutes in the morning noting and celebrating the changes. You may wish to continue working on one area throughout the week or choose a new one for the day.
