Let’s continue to put our powers of belief into practice. This week we will continue to build our awareness of the power of our Higher Self. We will choose another item from our list of goals. We will ask our Higher Self to clarify the goal with specific targets. While we work on this goal, we can try to become aware of our Higher Self as it brings strategies and opportunities into our lives to achieve this goal.

I suggest the following:

• Choose a goal from your list of goals.
• Work with your Higher Self for guidance and clarification then rewrite your goal for the week. Incorporate measurable outcomes whenever possible.
• Try to formulate the steps towards the goal which you can then use to set your daily strategy. In this way, you may become aware of the workings of
your Higher Self as it takes you step by step towards your goal.
• Each morning note your progress towards the goal.
• Then ask you Higher Self for a new strategy for the day.
• At the end of the week, summarize your progress towards the goal and check to see if there has been a paradigm shift. Note if your sense of awareness of the presence and power of your Higher Self has changed.
